At Child Crisis Arizona, we are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation. Their generosity has touched countless lives across the Valley, creating lasting change for children, youth, and families facing some of life’s most challenging circumstances.
Over the years, the Foundation’s support has helped us provide hundreds of nights of safe sleep for youth in our care and expand access to early learning, opening classrooms for our Early Head Start Program. Their commitment has ensured that vulnerable children not only have a safe place to sleep, but also the resources and opportunities to thrive.
Most recently, The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation made a transformative gift in support of our Fostering Bright Futures Campaign, helping bring to life our new 38,000-square-foot, net-zero Center for Child& Family Wellness. This state-of-the-art facility has centralized Child Crisis Arizona services and partner programs, offering children, youth, and families high-quality wraparound services under one roof. From foster care and adoption support to family education, counseling, arts and music enrichment, health and wellness services, and volunteer and staff training—the Center embodies innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.
The new Center is also a hub for community partnerships, welcoming more than 25 organizations to provide programs at no cost to families. With a focus on sustainable design, it is one of Arizona’s first nonprofit facilities to achieve net-zero energy and meet the highest standards for indoor air quality, making it a safe, healthy, and inspiring place for those we serve.
“The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation has been an extraordinary partner for Child Crisis Arizona,” said CEO Torrie Taj. “Their generosity and commitment allow us to dream bigger, serve more children, and create brighter futures across our community.”
We were honored to dedicate the Center's Wellness Lobby in their name and to welcome Mrs. Parsons to a special tour which included dancing, singing and playing with our Early Education students and their parents. Mrs. Parsons was kind enough to bring gift and instruments for the children as they enjoyed a class hosted by our community partners, Rosie's House. Personal visits, and thoughtful gifts like this are a testament to the Parson's generosity of spirit, partnership and impact.
From safe sleep and early learning to the creation of a collaborative, innovative wellness campus, The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation continues to help us transform lives every day. We are profoundly thankful for their continued support and look forward to building a community filled with brighter, stronger futures together.
