Caitlin Sageng

I

Vice President of Program Operations

Caitlin has been part of the Child Crisis Arizona team since 2019, bringing more than 25 years of nonprofit experience and a passion for helping children and families thrive. Her journey in the nonprofit sector began as a volunteer with Boys & Girls Clubs, where she discovered her passion for working with youth and supporting families in creating safe environments where children can thrive. She continued her work with Boys & Girls Clubs in Utah, Missouri, and Arizona before joining Child Crisis Arizona.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University and studied Nonprofit Management at Brigham Young University. She also completed Arizona State University’s Nonprofit Executive Leadership program. Throughout her career, she has been inspired by the opportunity to strengthen families, support children and youth, and help create brighter futures for the communities she serves.

Outside of work, Caitlin loves spending time outdoors and cheering on her three children as they develop their own passions and talents. She especially enjoys being there to support and celebrate them every step of the way.
